For everyone I interacted with in the very social reception area, it was the proximity to the hospital that brought them to this inn. , same for me, but the feature that I appreciated most because of the new sickness that has been ruling my days for the past 6 mos., vertigo, Ireally was grateful for that 1,5 min. shuttle. The two desk clerks I worked with went above and beyond to be kind and helpful, and it was obvious with the frequently returning guests

The room and common spaces were very clean. The shuttle service is fantastic. If you're looking for a place to stay near the Duke Medical Center or West Campus, it's a great place to be!

A great place to stay especially if you are receiving medical Care at Duke. The in-house shuttle service has made this our stay at place anytime we go to Duke. Exceptional customer service.

Hotel itself was great. Clean spacious room with nice amenities: recliner, couch, microwave, fridge. What was NOT great was the garbage truck pickup right outside my window at 4am with the huge dumpster repeatedly banging on the truck and on the ground.
