Our stay

The staff were very polite and pleasant. The breakfast was fine. The beds were comfy. The hang up we had was that we noticed the furniture was stained (large multiple stains), the carpet was dirty. We actually found bits of food around the bed and couch including some raisins.

Everything was ok, it's a comfortable hotel BUT the only problem that we had is That they do not clean our room daily, we stayed for 5 nights and they only cleaned twice, we talked with the ladies on the front desk but everything was the same

Great for the Price

The room was nice but the walls are thin and I could hear the water from the person above me flush the toilet! Other than that ..... it was great. The staff was super nice! I would stay again because I think they have construction going on but it was a great stay

Ok if the price is right

Room was generally clean. Bed was very comfortable. TV was cable channels only, no local stations. Not being able to watch local TV would be disappointing on a longer stay. Gym was very nice. Breakfast was better than expected. The room doors should be self-closing and locking for security. Ours did not close unless pushed. Construction/remodeling on the exterior reduces the parking available and could be an issue for someone in a room near the noise.

The bath tub in the room was missing the overflow cover and the tub looked dirty so we didn't use it. An electrical outlet cover in the room was loose and hanging out from the wall..... The staff was friendly and the location was good. It's only about 8 minutes from the arena.
