Convenient location and economical for visiting the New York area. Was disappointed that the facility was somewhat outdated. Our room had plumbing issues our whole stay. Rear entry had no security locked door. But the staff was very courteous and friendly.

Bad service, mediocre quality

Desk representative was not trained well. I checked out of the hotel early due to the quality, or lack thereof, and they told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund which I was eligible for. Hotels.com told me that since I paid the hotel directly, they were the ones who needed to refund the amount. I tried to call and there is no answer…ever! The phone can ring for days, but no one ever picks up.

The Heating system was impressive because I am the person who is really exhausted by the sound of heating system while I am sleeping, fortunately, this property's heating system was quiet and I was not bothered at all during my 3 night stays.

I checked in here and was given a room number, which was located on the other side of the building to find out the key didnt work. I called the front desk and waited a few minutes and they eventually came. They moved me to an adjacent room and then had to come with a new key. Later that night, my key for the new room didnt work so i had to call again to get a new key. Lastly, the iron had something burned on it and i had no ironing board so i really couldnt iron my clothes.
