Need to be more handicap accessible. Second bathroom very small! Need handrails on front steps. Bar in master bathroom to help get in and out. Yard was not cut or maintained.
The property is very clean and was perfect for our visit. It's a great location for enjoying downtown restaurants and bars but also close to attractions like Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park. The process for checking in and out was very seamless and convenient. We'd definitely stay here again.
We walked into the Quincy Street cottage and it felt like a home away from home. Thanks for the wonderful opportunity to enjoy the Black Hills with the cottage as our base!
The house was centrally located to many places we visited. It was also close to downtown Rapid City so we could walk to dinner and shops. It was a comfortable house for us (two couples) and we enjoyed staying there.
We had a great time in our stay in this very cute house. The listing info is very accurate and it met all our needs. It is indeed cute and eclectic :-). The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and the second bathroom is small and at the back of the house off the laundry room, but this setup was perfectly fine for the teen who was with us. The Wifi worked well (important for us!) and the house was very comfortable overall. The location in Rapid City was great, easy walking distance to the main center of the town to go to restaurants and check out the sculptures of presidents. Rapid City itself is well situated for access to Badlands, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, and Jewel Cave Monument, all of which we enjoyed on our trip.
The hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive, and even left us a (very welcome) basket of snacks to enjoy when we arrived.
All in all a great stay.
The house is downtown in an old neighborhood but itâs very quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch in the evening. It was the perfect place to go to all the sights in the Black Hills. Very easy to get around Rapid City.
The location was perfect for our daily excursions to all of the tourist sites in the area and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!
This home was lovely. Was clean, cozy with great decor, the location was excellent, walking distance to downtown. The host was excellent in communicating. We definitely recommend this home.
This house, on a quiet street just a few blocks from downtown, was the perfect jumping off point for touring the Badlands, Black Hills and Custer State Park. We loved the front porch and sat out there each evening before walking to dinner. The house was clean and comfortable.
A vintage bungalow which has been modernized and nicely decorated. Clean and well stocked, we enjoyed our stay as we explored the beautiful Black Hills.
