Awesome 8 nights stay at Koka Villa in July. Met our needs well with the 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms for a couple and 2 adult daughters. Great location. We had a car but you could easily stay here and walk to lots of places in Muri and bus to market etc. The gardens on this property are immaculate. Clean pool and beaches.

Wonderful accomadation

Fantastic, clean, and had everything we needed. We stayed along with some friends and this place had everything we needed. We all had different requirements for accomodation and this met everything we needed. Spacious, clean, with 3 toilets was a god send. Totally recommend this place over and over and we will def be back

Lovely stay at Koka Villa

We had an amazing stay! The villa was very comfortable and perfect for the 4 of us, each couple having their own ensuite. The common areas were clean and cozy, we didn't want to go back home. Highly recommend staying there. Adam and Sarah were amazing hosts.

Great Location

Great location, has all the amenities you would need but does need some maintenance. Don't like all the signs up in every room telling us what we can't do, feel there are too many. The notice about the pool even states "Please note if you have friends or family or other visitors staying elsewhere they are not allowed onsite or to use the Pool, Kayaks or Beach areas." I get not using the shared facilities but "not allowed onsite" is a contradiction to what it says on the advert where is states a minimum of 4 visitors.

Great location, everything you need

We had a fantastic 8 day stay with our two teenage kids. Great to have two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and having a kitchen was great for doing your own breakfasts etc. House had everything we needed and loved the fruit, slice, fresh cut flowers and water on arrival. So close to the beach and we spent plenty of time in the pool. Nice quiet end of Muri beach, so location was perfect. Lovely gardens and friendly staff. Enjoyed chatting with other people staying in other baches on the property. Walking distance to night markets, bakeries and restaurants. We hired a car for the last 3 days to explore the Island a bit more. Nautilus Resort is just next door, so you can pop over anytime for a drink or snack, and the massages were great too! Thanks Adam and Sarah, we will be back again one day : )

Did not disappoint

The photos and description do not lie. It was as nice as depicted and the proximity to the beach was great. Our hosts were organized and helpful so the check-in process was hassle-free. I made the mistake of reserving the property a day short of our actual flight departure and didn't notice it until I got a call from the hostess who let me know. Then she offered a last-minute, extra day's rental that saved my bacon. The place is well maintained and we had a great stay!

Great location but neighbors had nightly parties

Easy access to coffee shops, night market, etc. unit provides everything you need. Loved having a washing machine & line for drying. somehow we were under the impression our unit was on the beach. Didn’t know the property is on the beach side but the unit we were in was 3 houses back from the lagoon. It was fine, just a short walk, but was expecting ocean views. We did run out of hot water, called the manager 3 days in a row with no answer. After the 3rd day of cold water we asked the others renting the front house if they had hot water issues, they told us about a hot water booster switch, We had no idea it was there
 that same day the manager finally responded via message through vrbo about the hot water switch. The unit is a duplex and perfect for a family with two children. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need for preparing meals. If you don’t cook on Teflon, consider bringing your own frying pans. Lots of towels, etc. bedrooms are upstairs and face a few neighborhood homes, unfortunately the neighbors would start singing and playing loud music around 10 pm until 2-3 am. Bring ear plugs! Having use of the kayaks and snorkeling gear was amazing! We spent nearly everyday on a kayak at some point. The lagoon is just incredible. The location of the property is perfect because you’re not in the middle of the hotels and resorts. You’re right on the edge of all the congestion. Walking via the beach right next door for breakfast at Nautilus resort was perfect. Loved it!

Slice of heaven

The perfect location to enjoy Muri lagoon. The snorkell & masks were provided along with the reef shoes which was great. Amazing fish & so many different types. The insect screens were great. Perfect spot to stay on Muri beach villa was very dated but presented clean and tidy. The pool is lovely if you didn’t want to spend time in the beautiful lagoon waters. The roosters did drive us nuts but that’s all part of Rarotonga lifestyle.

We enjoyed our stay here so much.lovely pool.we had to our selves.great location and access to the beach .property as described . We hired a car .Handy for getting our supplies and seeing some of the stuff . But didn’t need to go far .we did the boat cruis and barbecue great day out and entertaining crew . Love Rarotonga .our second visit am sure we will be back . Adam and Sarah are lovely hosts and very helpful with anything .
