Maison de vacances romantique avec piscine, Ă quelques minutes de la mer
Romantic and comfortable holiday home, surrounded by a large garden area of 3800 m2, offering privacy. The house is situated in a quiet location in a small village.
Beautiful pebble beaches can be found within a short driving distance of the villa in the surrounding city of Rabac. Several kilometres of âLungo mareâ long walking paths along the seafront, the charming medieval city of Labin on the hill above Rabac and large green areas suitable for many outdoor activities, fine local wines, cuisine and restaurants will make your stay more than pleasant.
Your separate rental area, the entire ground floor of the house with a separate entrance from the back garden, terrace and pool are all located on the ground floor of the house overlooking a large green back garden. The entire ground floor apartment, pool and back garden are at your disposal for your sole use.
The owners, a couple with their son, live in the apartment on the first floor and have a separate entrance from the front of the house. They will welcome you and ensure that you have undisturbed privacy. The owners are available to you as you need them throughout your stay.
Six high-quality mountain bikes are available to you free of charge.
The following bike types and sizes are available: Scott 29, Scott 27.5,
Giant 26, Bitwwin 26, Torpado 24 and Torpado 24
If you are a musician, you can use the music studio in the house and two electric guitars.
Outdoor facilities include the pool 23m2, veranda and pool terrace with 8 sunbeds, a grill and more sitting places, lawn and mature trees.
There is private parking on the property for more cars.
The apartment with a pool is renovated in 2019. It was built to offer families with children, groups and couples a comfortable holiday and privacy. The house is fully furnished, equipped and tidy. The holiday homeowners take great care of every detail that gives the guest a pleasant, safe stay, privacy and tranquillity guaranteed.
The house, the terrace and the pool form a single unit, and there is a garden and a fireplace with a barbecue and swing. Pets are not allowed.
The holiday home is air-conditioned (heating/cooling) with 3 units.
Two master bedrooms have each own air-conditioning unit. One central air-conditioning unit is located in the living room which can air-condition the living room area and a small room. The small room for kids is located in the north. As they are more trees on this side of the house, it does not need much cooling. There is also the fireplace and wood on disposal for cooler days.
The WIFI Internet free of charge is available throughout the entire house and terraces.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a beautiful corner sofa next to an open fireplace that you are free to use. The owner will provide wood for your weekly stay. Of course, a 49" flat-screen satellite television connected to a home cinema device and speakers is not lacking. The IP TV connection provides international and German channels. The living and dining room has a large door exit to the veranda with a beautiful view of the pool and green garden.
The following services are included in the price: weekly pool and garden maintenance, electricity and water as well as heating and cooling. Free of charge wood for the fireplace. Sheets, towels and kitchen textiles are provided free of charge.
The city of Labin and Rabac are two adjacent settlements functioning as one urban unit. Four large supermarkets, bakeries and several small shops can be found in the lower city of Labin, on the way to the beaches. Many restaurants and bars can be also found in Labin and Rabac.
Labin, a picturesque old town is situated on the hill above Rabac. Its Roman name Albona was first mentioned in 285 AD but used to be inhabited as early as 2000 BC. The Municipal Loggia, built-in 1550 as a community centre, is extremely well preserved and worth a look. Your attention will be drawn by the main town door of St. Flor dating from 1589 with Labin coat of arms and the Serenissima lion above, palaces, mediaeval fortifications with Renaissance bastion, and the 17th-century church tower â the highest point from which one can see Rabac and Kvarner bay.
After a walk through the narrow streets of the Old Town, pay a visit to the Memorial collection of Matthias Flacius Illyricus, the famous Lutheran reformer (1520 â 1575), born in Albona in the Town Museum. One of the loveliest buildings in Labin is the ochre-red Battiala-Lazzarini Palace built in the 17th and 18th centuries, now home to a museum displaying archaeological, cultural and historical artefacts.
Do not miss an opportunity to enjoy natural beaches in Rabac at just a ten-minute drive from the holiday home. Many beautiful pebble beaches, white stone and scenic sea views will leave no one indifferent. The beaches in Rabac, surrounded by crystal clear waters, are known as the most beautiful in Istria.
