The apartments (ASA644-645, ASA696, ASA988-ASA990) are located directly in the center of Rauris, but in a traffic-calmed location. Enjoy your vacation in the beautiful mountain ambience of the Rauris valley. Countless hiking trails lead through the idyllic valley. An open-air swimming pool with water slide is just as close to the house as many other sports facilities in the village. The National Park Card is automatically included in the rental price for all persons from May to October and allows the free or discounted use of many local offers. The apartments are completely handicapped accessible and barrier-free. There is an elevator in the house, with which the apartments on the floors are also accessible for wheelchair users. Due to the location in the village you will find various shopping facilities that you can reach on foot. For variety during your vacation in the Rauris Valley is provided by many possible activities: Bird of prey watch, playgrounds, petting zoos, gold panning, alpine game enclosure, etc.



In winter the free ski bus takes you directly from the house to the ski lifts. The Rauriser Hochalmbahnen offer well prepared slopes, cozy huts and bars for a stop, a lighted toboggan run as well as ski schools and a baby meadow for the little ones.
