After a very disappointing experience with another accommodation, we were fortunately relocated to Hotel Graal in Ravello — and we truly could not have asked for a better outcome.
The location of the hotel is simply outstanding. The view over the Amalfi Coast is absolutely breathtaking and alone worth the stay. The rooms were spotless, welcoming, and very comfortable, with scenery you will not forget anytime soon.
What stood out most, however, was the staff: consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
A special mention also goes to the breakfast buffet, which was exceptional. The selection was extensive, everything tasted fresh, and it was all prepared with great attention to detail. Enjoying breakfast on with such an incredible view made every morning feel special.
The food overall was also excellent — strongly inspired by traditional Neapolitan cuisine, full of flavor, and very reasonably priced considering the location and atmosphere.
Hotel Graal ultimately turned our stay on the Amalfi Coast into a wonderful experience. We would happily return anytime.
