This Best Western Plus should not be priced as a mid tier plus hotel. The staff were diligent courteous and helpful but the place simply isn’t operated as a mid tier. In the first 24 hours i was treated to a domestic violence incident by one of the tenants who lived at the hotel and a fire alarm. I needed to work and couldn’t, i had to check out after less than 24 hours and incurred significant expense by having to go elsewhere on short notice. It’s fine to operate a Plus as a budget motel but just list and price it accordingly.

Area is convenient- restaurants shops. Hotel has bad odor - was very dirty I have pictures videos of hallways and elevator. to get to a 4th floor an ODOR in room. we had no choice but to sleep we checked in at 12 coming form NY in all that rain to a 16 birthday we were exhausted - luckily we had our pillows and blankets which helped my son sleep e left before checkout total 5 hours 6 tops in hotel i rather sleep car
