We picked the hotel specifically because it had a pool. Upon checking in, we were told that the pool didn’t open until noon, which is ridiculous. Checkout is at 11, which means we could not swim before we left. The pool at every other IGH where we have stayed is open in the morning. Everything else about the hotel was fine, but this policy seems to be for the convenience of the hotel and not its guests.

The cleanliness of this place is beyond despair. There was human feces dried on the bottom of the legs of a chair and a table. I don't even know what to say about that. Every surface we had had to be retouched we rewiped it was disgusting. It was understaffed the maintenance man was doing the laundry for goodness sake it was awful awful awful. We did not get clean towels until 9:00 at night and we didn't get any wash rags it was awful. The person didn't show up to make the breakfast so breakfast was not served at 6:30 and we had a lot of hungry children. It was awful. Shame on the Holiday inn putting their name on this.
