The initial room had no light, was older, the thermostat fell off the wall and it was clear because I am an American “gringo”. I was given a bad room. When my Brazilian friend spoke for me suddenly we got a much better room that was more modern with and with a well lit room and a desk, which was important for me because of my job I had to work and better location to reception

Hotel tem tudo para ser o melhor, e entendo que nem tudo é perfeito, mas passei uma hora na fila para fazer Chekin, e a fila só começou a andar pq um pessoal mandou chamar gerente. Não tem uma organização e só 2 duas pessoas no atendimento. Depois minha reserva ia demorar, tive que buscar o cartão uma hora depois e enfrentar outra fila gigante para liberar a chave. Me jogaram n torre 6, pense a dificuldade para achar sem sinalizações, no momento do chekin não foi explicado nadaaaaaa. A pessoa baixa o aplicativo e se vire. Noite tudo escuro nos caminhos, vc só escuta que as pessoas estão perdidas. Quando encontrar alguém d hotel para pedir informações eles mesmo não sabem. Resumindo estrutura boa, mas o atendimento precisa dar uma melhorada.

Hotel sujo, banheiros da área de lazer sempre fedidos e sujos. Hotel sem fiscalização nas piscinas, as pessoas comem dentro da água. Nunca dormi em camas tão duras e ruins. Limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar. Comida péssima, das piores que já comi. Zero variação de cardápio. A estrutura do hotel é bem legal, as crianças se divertiram muito, mas os serviços e o que o hotel oferece no all inclusive para o preço cobrado nao vale de jeito nenhum. Tem resorts melhores em porto de galinhas!

Promete ser 5 estrelas, mas não entrega nem 3

Infelizmente, minha experiência no Enotel All Inclusive foi muito abaixo do esperado para um hotel que se diz 5 estrelas. O hotel está em reforma e isso não foi informado no momento da reserva. Há vários pontos com infiltrações, áreas sujas e com mau cheiro, principalmente nos bares e onde ficam as máquinas de bebidas. A limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar e, no geral, a estrutura está mal cuidada. Os bares ficam distantes, fecham cedo e as bebidas são controladas — inclusive as máquinas de refrigerante e cerveja, que são desligadas nos horários definidos por eles. O único ponto com petiscos é isolado e limitado. Às 17h, as piscinas fecham e o ambiente fica escuro, pois desligam as luzes, o que compromete totalmente a experiência. Os restaurantes e as comidas são medianos quando comparados a outros hotéis da mesma categoria na região. Muitos bares com presença constante de abelhas, o que torna desconfortável o consumo de bebidas e alimentos. Nada justifica a classificação de 5 estrelas. Decepcionante do início ao fim. Primeira e última vez.

Estadia quase perfeita

Meu apartamento estava com cheiro de morfo mas eles prontamente resolveram o problema. A cerveja que servem na recepção, fica dentro do balcão onde é servido drinks e água, minha sugestão seria, ter como nas outras áreas, alto serviço para facilitar pois tem que aguardar fazer os drinks para poder liberar. O hotel é enorme, os restaurantes são perfeitos, muito agradável! Mandei com 3 meses que antecedem a viagem um e-mails solicitando que os apartamentos fosse mais próximos, mas não tive retorno e ficamos muito distantes. Mesmo assim voltaria com certeza.

A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa. Os quartos, amplos, com camas boa, banheiro bom. Tem muitas piscinas. No entanto, a alimentação deixa muito a desejar. Pra consumir qualquer coisa tem que passar por fila. Os alimentos são feitos de qualquer jeito, sem cuidado. Infelizmente não volto e não recomendo.

Dirty, food is terrible. Hotel workers very lazy. I never saw coconut, popsicle they let the place open for 2 hours. If you are in the place of all you can eat it shouldn’t have a time specific to get a popsicle. specific to get it a popsicle. The amount of money I spend I would stayed in a better hotel and clean and eat on a different restaurant. Food don’t have a taste. The temaki night is horrible the lady smashing the sushi rice and wetting her hand in a bowl of water. Like WTH does that.

limpieza: siempre quedaba arena en los pisos en la habitacion solo hay dos tomacorriente, en el bano no hay perchas donde colgar las toallas, en la habitacion no hay vasos. Staff & service: tuve inconvenientes con la llave electronica, espere al tecnico mas de media hora sin respuesta, espere a la supervisora de la noche mas de 20 minutos. La gerenta del hotel prometio una respuesta, nunca la daba y solo luego de mi 2º reclamo se digno a contestar.

Desde a chegada no check in a recepção foi excepcional, chegamos um pouco antes e liberação o consumo. Surreal de bom. e na Saida tbm foi super rápido.
