O vidro da janela do quarto, com vista para o mar, estava muito sujo. Um pedaço da borracha (que faz o isolamento acústico na janela) estava faltando, então NÃO vedava o som externo e dava para ouvir o barulho da rua e dos aviões que passavam, durante toda a noite! O porta-toalha no banheiro estava quase soltando. A maçaneta da porta do banheiro não funcionava, então a porta do banheiro não fechava. O blindex do banheiro estava muito sujo! A cama fazia barulho! Uma noite horrível! E na recepção, durante o check-in, havíamos pedido um quarto bem silencioso.

Nao tinha sabonete quando chegamos, poderia ter um tapete no chao do banheiro, as paredes estavam sujas, poseria ter atendimento telefonico (por WhatsApp demorou um pouco pra responderem, entao com o telefone seria instantâneo).
