Muito perfeito o local. Tudo muito novo. Lical bem silencioso, praias por perto, mercadinhos etc. Mesmo nao tendo vaga para todos os veículos caso o predio estivesse lotado, 0elas ruas era fácil de achar vaga e estacionar.
