Cheguei no hotel que havia reservado e disseram que o unico quarto disponível estava com ar condicionado quebrado e me mandaram pra outro hotel mais distante e inferior

Hotel com características de pensão

O lugar não apresenta característica de hotel e sim de uma pensão ,acredito que uma pensão seja melhor que esse hotel. Não possue elevador e essa característica muito bem camuflado no anuncio, cama de casal sendo 2 de solteiro, ar condicionado pingando na nossa cabeça ao dormir, banheiro nem se fale(tudo velho,enferrujada)chuveiro com problema,box quebrado e vazamento de água, espelho, pia, enferrujados ,lei do silêncio não existe ou seja experiência péssima, sei que não vai resolver mas o mínimo de atenção com o cliente seria a devolução do dinheiro, jamais voltarei e não indico,a hotels.com deveria fazer uma avaliação dessa propriedade e deletar de seus anúncios.
