The breakfast was a nice little menu and it was a fresh and hot. There was plenty to eat a variety of cakes, bread, meats, cheeses, egg, sausage, fruit, coffee every staff member that we had interaction with was extremely professional and nice. We had our seven month old baby with us and they had no issues with heating up our water downstairs at the reception area to make his formula. The hotel was old and in need of some repairs, but the staff made things worth the stay. The location was very good and there was some very good restaurants close by and it’s within walking distance of the US consulate.

O isolamento acústico no quarto é péssimo. A janela não fechava completamente e se ouvia tanto ruídos da rua quanto do ar condicionado e do corredor. O banheiro tinha o box encrustado e o chuveiro entupido. O café da manhã foi bom, e com opções variadas de fruta, frios, lacticínios, pães, etc.

Conheci esse hotel há muitos anos, pelo menos 20 anos há atrás. Mas na atualidade o prédio está velho, não houve reforma e tem sinais visíveis de falta de manutenção: elevador quebrado, paredes quebradas ou mofadas, salão de café com pouca estrutura. Já o café servido no décimo terceiro andar é de difícil acesso porque sempre tem um único elevador em funcionamento, e o café é fraco com poucas opções para quem tem intolerância alimentar. Além disso, as áreas comuns estavam bem sujas e sofás da recepção rasgados

Tudo muito ruim.. Avisei com antecedência que estava com um cadeirante, fui instalada num quarto sem adaptação, sem barras para cadeirantes no banheiro. Me trocaram de quarto e as barras não seguem o protocolo, não tem apoio para o vaso sanitário. A rampa do holl super ingrime, inadequada. O elevador estava quebrado, ficamos algumas horas sem poder sair. Frigo bar pingando molhando o chão. Restaurante com ar condicionado quebrado. Somente 2 funcionárias na cozinha para cozinhar, servir, limpar. Hotel lotado o que piorou os serviços. A unica coisa boa é a vista! Não recomendo

O quarto estava muito bem limpo, gostaria inclusive de destacar e elogiar o trabalho da camareira — a organização, principalmente das toalhas, estava impecável. O café da manhã é bom, atende bem, embora pudesse ter um pouco mais de variedade. A estrutura do hotel, por outro lado, deixa a desejar: há pontos com infiltração e, no geral, o ambiente transmite um aspecto mais antigo. Em relação à equipe, todos foram extremamente educados e atenciosos, o que faz bastante diferença na experiência.
