If you are bringing your pet, make sure only two double bed room is allowing pet. The two queen bed suite does not allow pet which is not clearly labeled on the website. We got downgraded to a two double bed room and no refund for the rate difference because we booked through orbitz. I think it should be labeled out on the room type which are pet friendly, not only says in the pet policy that “ only certain rooms” not “ only certain room types” are pet friendly.

We booked double bed room that fit for four and we got charged for 3rd person. Not sure this is common policy but among all the 5 or 6 motels we stayed in California, Oregon and Washington, this is the only motel that charges for 3rd person. Also, the room is quite small and apparently someone smoked in there before we move in, although the motel is smoking free and will charge a fee for someone who does. Overall I expect better from best western as other motels cross street all look ok but cost less.

This is always a stopover place for us on our way from Oregon to Southern California. We love the pool and koi pond and the aviary. So easy to find. Close to gas and coffee for the next leg of the journey. Love that they start breakfast at 6am!

You have a few places to choose from red Bluff. This is one of the better ones. Fun for kids, there is a birdcage and Koi fish, Pool, but no Spa. Rooms are OK nothing to brag about but clean. Decent location with a lot of choices of restaurants nearby.

We wished the room is cleaner, we could see dust everywhere in our room. The swim pool is clean. Kids love to check out the birds and koi fishes in the hotel.
