The service was great, the rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We arrived almost at 5am after 11hr drive. Check out was at 11am. If we wanted to stay longer it would be $20 per hour for each room. Might as well stay one more day. I ended paying three times more for the 2nd night. Just to expensive for the 2nd night.

Rude staff and questionable amenities

The staff was insulting and tactless. The TV and fridge in the room did not function properly. When politely requesting an additional set of towels, we were begrudgingly brought a singular extra full-size towel. The hotel was decently cleaned, but they're were cobwebs, stains on the carpeting (questionable ones), and off colored blankets. I really wanted them to have something redeeming about the stay, but it really just kept getting worse. Our room was never serviced for the two nights we stayed. Then, when checking out, the staff were nowhere to be found and were more interested in keeping their earbuds in instead of having a conversation about our room. We also stayed in mid-May, and the weather was suitable for swimming, as the entire time we were in Corning, it was 80+ degrees daily. The pool was closed with no warning. Overall the staff is rude, the rooms are okay at best, and the cleanliness is mediocre.

Black sand on the sheets & several hairs about 1-2 inches near the pillows. The sand was a mystery. Not bed bugs, it felt hard. The carpet, nightstand, and chair all have tears on them. Stains on the towels. The TV didn't work, so he gave us another room next door. Two guys basically ran it.

Well the check in was exceptional the check out was the same the tv was broke onvthe stand and the table next to it was extremely wobbly and i left my phone there and i called and called and called it took two hours for someone to answer ...but it was a nice stay
