The heater was crazy noisy. Ran nonstop the entire time we were there and yet never fully warmed the room up so it was a chilly stay. There was a definite draft all along the floors so we constantly had to keep our feet up as much as we could. The toilet isn’t in an enclosed area. It literally had a shower curtain that you pulled close to separate it from the rest of the room. The kitchen area was greatly lacking in supplies. I was banking on using the oven to cook some things and there were no baking sheets or cookware that could even be used in the oven. Hot water took forever to kick in when using the tub or any of the sinks. Overall pretty disappointed in the room.

We loved this hotel! All of the hotel staff were wonderfully kind. The rooms and beds were also lovely. Everything was new/newish, well-designed, and super clean and comfortable. bravo!!

The first morning, I could hear a guy having a conversation on his phone in the hallway, then he continuing to sneeze outside my door, woke me up at 6 am!! The second morning,the heater in the room stopped working at 1:30 am on one of the coldest days! Other than that, the room was clean and most staff were great!

When entering the lobby it smelt like urine. There were many plug in air fresheners all around. These were overpowering. The room was small but clean. There was very little water pressure in the shower. The free breakfast was just ok. Sausages were not cooked. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We won’t be back.
