Front desk not very welcoming. Couldn’t have more than 30 min late check out without paying more. Asked for extra coffee, given Keurig pods but got up to room and coffee maker not kuerig. Called front desk for coffee and got 2 more Kuerig pods and 2 decaf others. Called again and guy brought us 2 of the right ones, I asked for four. Which the young fellow did finally bring. Supposed to get a free drink in the lounge, front desk said to ask in lounge, lounge said to ask front desk. Not much communication happening there.

We enjoyed our stay as the hotel was clean and the hotel staff were polite and helpful. I would recommend iHotel to anyone who is looking for overnight lodging. Check in was great, Ryan at the front desk provided great service and helped with anything we needed. The pool was not stocked with towels and we had to ask for them from the front desk each night One elevator was broken the entire weekend, resulting in really long waits and putting us the fourth floor with 2 children made taking the stairs difficult. We arrived at breakfast 30 mins before closing, most of the food was gone, the pancake machine was broken and there was no coffee, after asking for some a few times, we just left without eating, Upon check out, I was advised that I had purchased a movie, which I did not and no offer to assist me with that was made, I was told it’s a third party, sorry

Stay here because of location & price. But I won’t stay here again. Bed is too high. I’m 4 foot 11, the bed height is to my hip. Too hard to get in & out of the bed. We stay on long weekend Sunday, check in at 5 pm. We found out lounge & restaurant closed. Pool opened till 11pm. By 9 pm, no towels in pool area. Hotel is short staff. Hotel is run down & some guests don’t take care of the hotel area. It would have been a better hotel.
