The hide a bed had dirty sheets, popcorn and chocolate on it. Couldn't watch any movies because their Google Chrome was down and wasn't going to be fixed for a week. When I asked to be compensated with free movies as I paid for the family suite for 2 nights and anywhere else I would be able to access Netflix I was told the movies are not free. After talking to 3 people they gave 1 free movie. Their tv showed you how to use google Chrome, a service they Couldn't provide. Will not stay there again.

Had a situation that could moat likely settled over phone with third party and property and got a 5 star instead i have to rate i should rate a 3 only because my next interaction different host was able to difuse and save the day. Dried blood stains on the bed sheets. Rooms smelled bad. Breakfast food was abysmal, elevator broken, restaurant closed during its scheduled open hours. Met with front desk to request a 1/2 extra for check out from 11 to 11:30 am, they agreed and confirmed, then called the room interrupting a work meeting insisting we had to leave before 11:30. The spa is nice and the pool area is nice, but the hotel itself was pretty crappy overall.

The breakfast was nice,buffet but restaurant style,whereby the waitresses cleared your plates/cups when done. The pool wasn’t big and it was all one depth (3 feet) The jets weren’t working in the hot tub and one of the two elevators wasn’t working either. A guest mentioned the elevator had been down for a month!
