I feel that the price versus what you get for the price was not worth it. The hotel was full because of the trade show in town, they had one elevator not in service, and the other elevator was not working correctly by myself got stuck in it as the other guests not for a very long periods of time but enough to make you wonder why you’re paying almost $400 a night.
The restaurant on site, my first day there was not busy there was myself and maybe five other patrons at the time that I was eating it took almost an hour and a half for my food to come out, the server brought my food and did not come to see me again for the next 45 minutes. I had to go find somebody else to get my bill.
I travel a ton for work, and I do not make a lot of reviews unless the service is really good or the service is really bad.
I’m sure you can guess which way I’m leaning here.
I did mention my issues to the management and they did adjust my bill a little bit, but in the future, I just don’t see myself wanting to give them a second chance for a 20% discount and a free dessert.
