The property and room and staff were perfect âŠ.. but âŠ. A herd of elephants arrived at 2am in the morning above me as I imagine it was another family room and I was subject to every movement until 4:30am . No sleep which kinda defeated the whole object of the stay and ruined the next day as was on business !
Very very very selfish ! Or very bad insulation / flooring above !
The building is so run down. Pretty much staying in a bedroom at someones house. Very unclean. There was laundry hanging up all over the house. We booked a room for 2 adults and a baby and the room we got was so small it only fit a twin bed and a bedside table. The door was very thin and you could probably push right through with no effort (unsafe). Host was not there to great us, instead they had a friend helping out that had no idea what they were doing. Left after being shown the room because we felt unsafe staying there. Felt like i needed to shower after being in the building briefly.
Was exactly what I needed, a place to stay for one night. Wasn't expecting âprivate bathroomâ to just be a sink in the room and a shared toilet but it was fine for one night.
My son and I had a great stay.
Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble.
Spacious room with a small balcony.
Lovely shower.
Walking distance to the town centre.
Stayed down in Redcar for the races, hotel was lovely, and very friendly, short walk into town, lovely views of the beach, and not too far to walk for the races we will certainly be staying again great price and very happy
On arrival l was given no information by the young lady. There was only WiFi information in my room, nothing else. Only found out, from another guest, how to get back in the front door using the key fob. The same, l heard from another guest who had heard from another guest, about being able/aloud to use the fridge in the kitchen for storage
