The room is immaculate. Staff was very helpful especially to the twin brothers who were the Valet who helped with my trailer. Getting there was a bit irritating because for some reason google maps directed me through the rear of the hotel, and the parking getting in front of the valet was sort of congested at that time. The pool was unfortunately under renovation and unavailable, so that’s one thing too. The location is conveniently located around 5-8 mins to Topanga Valley, which have it all! Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.

Next door there were dogs in the room that we could hear moving around and they barked in the middle of the night. I checked in and got to our room, the room hadn't even been cleaned yet.

The room wasn't very clean. The hallways stink real bad. All the carpets throughout the whole facility were staying making the atmosphere of the facility cleanliness was not that good at all The spa was over chlorinated the coating around the spa was not properly coated the gym was not accessible. Had paper taped up in the windows. There wasn't a vent on the outside of the air handling unit within the pool area. The breakfast was not very good for complimentary breakfast but at least they did have coffee. Overall I won't be staying there again

Could not sleep!!! There were people chit chatting right outside our window at like 3am… The walls were so thin I could hear EVERYTHING going on in the room right next to ours…. People were up at 5am.. I was so miserable trying to get some rest… the room was clean and staff were nice but man, got stuck w a horrible room number that night, very unlucky

Booked this hotel because it had indoor pool even called and doubled checked because my child really wanted to go swimming after spending days in a car driving across the US imagine the disappointment of when we got there the next day and the pool was drained and not in service. I understand that sometimes pools need to be cleaned or repaired that’s fine but if someone calls not even 24 hours before and you say it’s open we expect it to be that way. Disappointment aside it’s not the end of the world just would have been nice to have updated site saying it was out of order. My biggest issue was the guy checking us in handed me the check in paperwork to sign my fault for signing the first spot before really looking over it but as I proceeded to fill it out I realized he had charged us for more days then our reservation when I said something he seem frustrated and took the paper back proceeded to hand me a new one with the correct amount of days and $amount but refused to discard the old paper or give it back to me. Seems odd
