Breakfast was meh at best. Rooms are slightly dated, but comfortable and functional. Freeway noise is loud overnight. Fine stay for a night, but wouldn't recommend for a long trip.

Clean room, friendly staff, one staff member even saw me trying to carry too many things to my room and offered to come help me. I am sure she was busy but she still came to help me carry items to the third floor. Very good stay, I will be back.

Asked for a pet free room and ended up in a room that smelled like animals and got double charged for my room , so instead of paying $235 i payed 435.00 still waiting for my $200 back

We stayed in Redding for 1 night, the hotel was perfect for our needs. Easy off of the freeway, safe area, super clean. There is a great little place to eat just across the parking lot called Dills Deli! Awesome BBQ and food! Great service there and just steps across the parking lot from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again, and eat at Dills!!

The hotel was great, quiet and very accessible location. When we arrived we had 2 toddlers and lots of luggage, and at check in the manager, Brett, offered to carry our luggage up the stairs to our room. It was so thoughtful and really helped us get settled. We would happily stay again!

Friendly staff! However, the elevator was broken, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. Normally, this isn't a problem, but when you have lower back issues, it's not ideal. Rooms are small. but clean. No coffee maker, but they have 24 hr coffee and tea in the lobby. Nice to have a microwave and a small fridge in the room. The bathroom is a good size and the A/C works :)

This is a limited review because I didn’t take advantage of all the features. I was happy because I got first floor room in the back close to an access door to a parking lot. I wasn’t happy about the $15 daily parking fee though. Overall my stay was trouble free and that is what is most important to me.
