horrible hotel

the room looked ok, beds were ok but it had an awful smell couldn't get rid of that smell so it made it hard to feel comfortable. Also the towels are rough and harsh against your skin. they took charges without advising us. overall I will NEVER stay there again

Great price. Room was clean. Not a high end hotel, but if you’re looking for a good price and clean room this is it. Safeway with Starbucks in it directly across the street. Area seemed safe as well. I would recommend it.
The Aeromyth Aerosmith Tribute band stayed here while we played the Shasta District Fair!

The hotel air conditioning and bathroom exhaust is extremely loud and despite being loud provided no ventilation AT ALL so the bathroom was extremely humid and hard to breathe after you shower. They did housekeeping but only replaced towels and trash bags and left the bed undone and tissues empty. We were given two towels instead of three since we had three people so we went to the lobby to request one and they said they had no access to the laundry room or clean laundry until 10:30 pm. We were also missing a TV remote and when given one, the TV didn't work.
