Come and enjoy our private and spacious 1200 square foot home and sparkling pool. This quiet and peaceful house has three large bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and laundry area. The large mature trees on property provide a lot of shade which is nice to enjoy in Redding's summer heat. The locations is very close to the Sacramento river, river trails for walking and biking, and Orchards grocery store. This property has 2 completely private homes on a huge 1/2 acre lot that share the pool area.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Sacramento River. Features include an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. A kitchen and a TV are available in the holiday home.
