Overall, a fantastic hotel. Wonderful staff, especially the front desk. The only negatives were that the pool was too small (the hot tub was excellent though) and the bed was saggy in the middle.

Room was basic but nice, the bar / restaurant in the hotel was nice making it so we didn’t have to leave the hotel. The breakfast was really good but it’s not free, but way better than free breakfasts at hotels. Small parking lot, would stay again.

The kids really enjoyed the waterpark, and room service was reasonably priced and prompt. The room was clean, but the carpet was very worn, stained and ripped in places.

It's an older building but they've done a beautiful job of remodelling. The kids loved the pool. There are even designs that show up in the waterfall. It was a bit mesmerizing to watch!
