We really enjoyed our stay, we had a magnificent view in our room. We spent our long weekend in an executive suite and my kids just had an unforgettable experience…and the food at Terrapin cafe was really good and the staffs were really nice to us. Surety we gonna go back there.

We had a wonderful room that looked directly into the Horseshoe Falls of Niagara Falls! I believe it is the closest to this view of any place to stay in the area. It was the most expensive room that I've ever booked but definitely the best. The room had a nice double Jacuzzi tub, awesome shower, a big-beautiful bed, small fridge and two comfy chairs facing out the window at the 'falls'. We watched the falls for hours, people coming and going, colorful lighted falls and fireworks every night. The American/Canadian exchange rate is good but be ready for taxes on taxes. Worth the extra charges. Walking under Niagara Falls, getting soaked on the boat ride and learning about its rich history was a memory that my wife and I will cherish forever!

The staff was wonderful. Convenient location, great views of the falls. Only downside was the temperature in room was so cold and no way to adjust the temperature. However, I requested an in room heater and did get a good one, so I was able to set up near my bed and finally get a good night sleep.

Surprised there is no room safe. The bathroom tiles are stained. It was okay, not great. Parking is deceptive- valet for $65 and less for a block away. Wish they advertised the valet rate, too
