I make reservation for 4 guest of course 2 queens bed was ok but they charge me the sofa bed just in the case we are more than four people i teld them ee are just 4 guest why you charge me the sofa bed , they said Expedia did the reservation like that, but when i did my check in i said 4 guest and they charge to many fees

The view was not what I wanted. The washroom was dark, no bright lights for make up.The fridge in the room was dirty and smelly The buffet was expensive for what it had to offer. Selection of food was poor. The beds were comfy and room clean. The lady at the front desk did nothing with our complaint especially knowing that we were there for our 45th anniversary.

The hotel has the best location and view. The roof top pool also had a great view and great amenities. The hotel is not properly staffed and staff was clueless. Our check in was a mess. The staff didn’t know how to work the computer. Our room wasn’t ready, so we asked to get a key for the pool while we wait, she didn’t know how to do it. She stated that they would text when our room was ready and after waiting 2 hours I went back to the front desk and it turned out our room had been ready from the beginning. Checkout and valet was an even bigger disaster. Took over an hour to get our car. No one was at the front desk to help, when we finally found someone they didn’t apologize just stated the only have 1 staff member for front desk and valet at 6 in the morning and we would just have to wait. Once we got on the road I reached out to a manager through email and I got a standard reply. Horrible customer service.

Unauthorized charging and overcharging alter!! Be very careful with this hotel. I booked several nights for Sheraton Falls in Niagara Falls through Expedia. After a few nights, I checked out and they were supposed to only charge me for my actual stay. However, they continued charging my credit card without my authorization after I had checked out!! What's worse is that they charged me on multiple occasions on my credit card and the total amount exceeds my entire original booking. I contacted them to ask for a refund and they told me that they do not reimburse anything but will escalate the matter and get back to me. They never did. Be very careful with this hotel and make sure that you report any unauthorized transactions or overcharges they put on your credit card. This appears to be a recurring pattern with this hotel as I found others complaining about the exact same thing at the same hotel. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL!

My room was left dirty and not cleaned.

Stay at the Sheraton Fallsview for three nights and on the second day they forgot to make our room. We left the hotel around 11am but did not get back till 8:30 pm. Called the front desk and told them that the room was not made. Front desk apologized and said that they will send up housekeeping. So we left the room again to go walk around thinking house keeping would come make the room and give us fresh towels. Returned after an hour and room was still not made and I called the front desk again...this time they told me that housekeeping service is over by 6pm and all they can give me are fresh towels. This is really unacceptable they had all day to clean and make the room. No apologizes from the front desk staff who all seem to not really care.
