Lovely cottage "La Hauteur" in a quarter full of charm in Regnéville-sur-mer
Located in the charming village of Regnéville-sur-mer, our lovely little cottage is situated in a dominant position in the village, in the « La Hauteur » area, which means at the top.
Old stone walls in the historical part of the village surround the house. You will be within walking distance of the sea and the castle.
If you want to experience the life between the sea and the countryside of France, don’t look further, you’ve found the one.
Nearby, you will find Granville and Coutainville. And you will have the pleasure of swimming in the bucolic beach of Hautville-sur-mer.
Cottage facing south, recently renovated, with a private courtyard of 400 m2 and a parking space. It can accommodate up to six people on an 80m2 plot.
The lodging consists of:
- Comfortable living room with a sofa bed 2 places 140/190 with TV,
- Fitted and equipped kitchen, open to the living room, with fridge and freezer, microwave, extractor hood, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, electric coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster,
- 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed of 160x200 and 1 bed of 140x190) with cupboards,
- 1 bathroom (walk-in shower, 1 vanity with mirror and towel dryer,
