Really nice place to stay. Shopping centers and outlets are nearby. Some of them are even just walking distance. The beach is only few minutes away from there. Very convenient and friendly. Thank you.

Good for a one night stay.

The hotel is renovated and it looks nice, but in some areas, age still shows, like: rust in bathroom (from fixtures), shower head was old and terrible (it would be an easy fix), carpet in the hallway was extremely dirty. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was very simple: breads, waffle station, coffee, milk, juices and cereal. I stayed 1 night, and it was ok for us.

Where do I start??? The motel had kids running up and down the floor upstairs. I told the lady at the front desk and she said its the owners kids and she can't do anything about it. Secondly, the bed sheets had blood stains, which was the last straw for us. We will never vist that dump again. Stay away at all costs. It's not worth the unsanitary conditions and unethical behaviors.

it was clean and pet friendly door broken to bathroom ice machine broken one waffle machine working one not working. free sugar breakfast wasn't worth free. on a three day stay I went through 6 keys that would only work for a day batterys need replaced in room door locks. this place in in need of a maintenance person

This is a hotel that is cheaper than others for good reason. It is a place to sleep. If that’s all you need, then it’s fine. There are no amenities, and it needs a deep and regular cleaning (specifically the carpeting and furniture). And there is no cleaning service during your stay (and there should be with guests presumably going to the beach- the floors stay gritty).

Hotel Wave - good but could be much better

This is a hotel that is average but could easily be 5 star with some changes. First the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs additional cereals, juices and other options - they have a microwave so offer premade breakfast sandwiches to heat up. The rooms are clean but need more decorations to make it inviting. The beds are lopsided and not comfortable. It is close to the Park and Ride which makes it easy to get to Rehobeth boardwalk.

Bait and switch. I booked the King bedroom with a sofa bed pullout and was given a smaller room with no spfa pull out bed. We have 2 adults and 1 child - 15 yrs old and no where for him to sleep :(

Great stay! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Room was definitely spacious and perfect for our two pups traveling with us. Our kids loved the waffle maker at breakfast, and we appreciated the all day coffee area. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you for accommodating us!

While convenient, the hotel lacks a lot of the basic services travelers typically receive. For instance, our air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool (and was so loud), the tv reception was intermittent, but most disappointing was the $2 cost for a toothbrush I had forgotten. The rooms are mostly clean and they have basic amenities like soap the shower supplies (wash and shampoo) were in short supply. The other add experience was the staff needing id from everyone staying in the room, and then making a copy of the id. That has never happened to me in the US and it was very surprising. Personally, I would not stay here again
