The Block Party, Beach House, staffing mainly the young ladies were very unwelcoming. The bathroom was rusty and the toilet appeared to act is if it would overflow. I asked for an air mattress which was filthy. I do not recommend this HOTEL OR WHATEVER it appears to be at all. Absolutely hated it!!!! We packed up and left.

Locations is perfect. Unfortunately the ladies at the desk were not helpful. We arrived on a Sat afternoon, we went to the desk on Monday asking if anyone would be in to clean the floors and bring clean towels. We were told by one lady they come in every 2 days then when no one came in Monday and we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels, another employee told us every 3 days. Needless to say we were there from Sat-Friday and not one cleaning person ever approached our room and all week we had to go request towels and ask to have our trash changed. Unacceptable

The property is very convenient and walkable to the places we wanted to be near. The room had a fridge and microwave. The bed was most miserable bed I have ever slept in. I thought I was on a piece of plywood. We were there 2 nights and they was no fresh towels after the first night so we had to use damp towels as there were no hooks to hang them on second day. We had to pay incidental fee of $50 which is supposed to be refunded but I am not sure what the incidental fee was for as there was no mini bar in the room.

Absolutely horrible!!! According to the lobby staff when we checked in Expedia over booked and we paid for a King Deluxe and they only had Double bed… not giving us the difference in price… then wen we got to the room there were flies and mosquitoes… and black mold in the bathroom… (my wife is allergic) we contacted Expedia via the app and were told the only way you could help is 10% off another hotel.. meanwhile I loose the $300 for this room and pay for a new one… really? Inl got the insurance bit that hasn’t helped at all. Will never use your company again…

Property was fine except we were going to bring our dog and thankfully we didn’t bc they had us in the 3rd floor, and NO elevator !! Our room was suppose to be 1st floor and my 10.5 yo bulldog would’ve never made it up 3 flights of steps!! I sucked it up as they didn’t have another room but I have joint issues and my knees were killing by end of stay. You have to pay for parking also which I find not right it should be billed into the room. The last day our air stopped working and we had to move to another room, was a major inconvenience. The room was close to beach, clean and staff very friendly but we did not get the room we were suppose to get on the first floor.

SO CLEAN!!! -beds very uncomfy though- staff was 10/10 actually cared and always were cleaning. 1-2 blocks from everything (0.2 miles) 2 pools. Coffee free. Smart TV. Gym, dog friendly. We went as a couple:) Could sometimes be noisy but there was a concert in town and our noise machine cancelled it out

It was so dirty - the floors looked and felt like they hadn’t even been swept in a week. The bathroom was dirty, covered in stains and urine still on the toilet seat. One of the beds was tilted in the middle and dirty once the covers were pulled back.
