Friendly staff and convenient location

I really like this hotel because of the spacious, two room suites. The bathroom is quite roomy with plenty of places to put toiletries. The microwave and refrigerator are nice amenities also. There are also two TVs in the suite. One is in the bedroom and one is in the living area. This is our go-to Hotel in Rehoboth because it is near the beach and near a lot of restaurants in the area. The staff in the hotel are all very friendly and helpful with answering any questions you may have about Rehoboth Beach. They make you feel like you’re at a home away from home. A special thanks to Caitlyn who was very patient about answering all our questions.

We stay there every year for past 5 years. The only problem is the parking for the hotel. It's at a minimum and we arrived around nine & parked in the other lot. We had a smaller car but another couple had to street park.

The property is maintained well and reflects upgrades. The front staff member was accommodating with parking and the toiletry products are of great quality. It is a very nice property and the proximity to downtown and the beach makes it a wonderful destination.

Loud neighbors

The hotel could use a refresh - and another elevator. With only one elevator, it took forever! And that one elevator was extremely slow! The room was big and basically nice but the walls are very thin - we could hear our neighbors every move and conversation. We will not stay there again as there are so many others to chose from.
