The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The room was nicely equipped. When we arrived in the room, there was some sand on the floor and a little on the couch, which was disappointing. It is next to a beach so maybe not preventable but I think it could have been vacuumed a bit more carefully. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Honestly not impressed with this hotel that is supposed to be the caliber of a “Hyatt.” The kid at the front desk was rude and not engaging whatsoever. We learned upon arrival that the outdoor pool was only for the residences which was unfortunate. Our room was directly next to an exit door and we could hear is slamming all night and early morning. The bathrooms and beds were mediocre at best. When we checked out the same kid didn’t even ask us how are stay was. Probably would never recommend or stay here again.

Solid hotel option for Dewey. Easy garage parking. Newer, modern property with upscale amenities. The hotel dropped the ball on room cleaning service for us. Day 1 was a bad cleaning job. On Day 2, the cleaning service skipped our room entirely despite my coordination with the front desk to make sure we received a proper cleaning. I have to dock stars for that.

Internet access was convenient , staff is helpful , access to everything nearby, only bad experience during my stay was the noise, you can hear loud noise such as running through the hallways and above my head at night when trying to rest!

Loved all the staff members working there. All very nice, welcoming, and helpful. It was noisy, throughout the night I could hear doors slamming, this kept disrupting my sleep on two of the nights (out of the 5).

The picture they show you is miss leading. When I was making reservation, I saw this picture of the Hyatt facing the water. That is what I wanted. But the back of buildings facing the water are all condos. So, we couldn't even get a room facing the water. I was pretty upset. When we got to our room I look out the window and saw the view of side of the hotel across the street. I was even more upet.

I am not usually someone to post reviews. We have been coming here for years now, and now the breakfast is charged which I got no notice of. Since I went down separate from my wife, they counted our room again and double charged every day. They did credit that back (I think) but who knows cause there are now all types of weird charges. Almost sure when I reserved the pin it said free breakfast. They also say they will change linens on the 3rd day. This did not happen. Our room did not get serviced all day while we were gone and I had to call to ask. They did not replenish our toilet paper and we ran out. My body wash soap ran out. Towels ran out. Sand was left e whole time on the floor. I thought they would have swept. All of these things add up to a below avg stay. Something needs to change or you will lose us as a yearly visitor. Thanks, and sorry for this, but this needs to be better.

They seemed very short staff. They informed us after we checked in the breakfast would not be included which is one of the reasons why we stayed. This was our third and last visit. The hotel has really gone downhill for the price their are better options.
