Not comfortable.

I expected it to be the bare minimum. Just needed a bed and a shower which it had and that was it. The AC did not cool off the room, being in the 3rd floor was not comfortable. Our window faced the main road and the blinds did not close so no privacy. Parking was included at no extra cost.

Staff is nice. It’s one block from the beach so that is great. The room, however, looks like I would imagine an apartment used to cook meth in deep Appalachia would look. Lights hanging out the wall, mold, a futon with spring poking, unwashed floor/everything, general aroma of mold, a bathroom door that will not close let alone lock, ants, etc etc. use your imagination. Think flop house Parking is less than desirable BUT it is the beach so it’s par for the course trying to locate street parking. We will never stay here again.

For $138 we got a bed a bathroom and a TV. Incredible price for a block away from the beach That was the best thing about this hotel

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom floor was soaking wet with foot prints upon check in, the sheets were visibly dirty, the ac unit was very moldy, there was a dirty shirt in front of the beds head board from a previous guest staying there, the stairs and decking are falling apart, and finally a piece of brick mold from the door going inside the building fell on my head as I was standing outside.

Ugh! Noisy. Not handicapped accessible. Walls are so thin you can hear everything in the next room. Dirty floor and shower. Overloaded electrical outlets.

When I booked the hotel, it clearly stated that it included parking and hot water. When I went there, it was the opposite; I had to pay for parking and hot water, and there's no parking; everything is paid for. I won't be going back; I'm disappointed.

Horrible property in a great location. The room was tiny, the beds were crooked and there was a nine inch gap between the bed and headboard. The floor was dirty, there were crumbs on the sofa, there were debris on the bathroom floor, stains on the wall and the shower curtain, there was no overhead light and one of the two lamps wasn't working. The mini fridge was the nightshade between the two beds, the bolt was broken, the bathroom door was peeling off and the bathroom grout was moldy. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken and one of the outlets in the living room did not have a cover which is definitely a code violation. Extremely sloppy and I would be ashamed if I owned this place.

Location was perfect The problem was the mislead of the look of place in the pictures online shows a clean nice place but in person we seen alot different such as missing hinge on dr holes in walls kitchen was make shifted need new cabinets n redesigned Just glad it was close enough to walk to beach n board walk

Dude was drunk and disrespectful. The place had mold all over it. Bed had hair already on the bed and in the sink from the last stay. Stinks in the whole building. DO NOT STAY HERE

From the moment i pulled up, i had a sick feeling in my stomach. This is after getting a text message from a random personal number asking about when i would be there for check in. The entire interaction with the staff member at the office for check in felt off as well. The cheap security cameras everywhere were very off putting. I felt as though i was being watched every second, even in the room. Then we walk through a small hallway with a 55 gallon trash can blocking most of the hallway. The doors to the rooms seemed to be either very cheap, or interior doors. The doors had only a keyed knob, and what appeared to be a public bathroom style slide lock inside. The room was hardly bigger than the bed, which every piece of bedding was stained and had black crumbs and specks everywhere. The room was generally dirty too with dust and crumbs all over and visible mildew in the ac unit. I felt such a strong feeling of unease while at this property. I am a Marine veteran and don't often have the hairs on the back of my neck stand up, but this place did it. My fiance and i felt as though we were going to either be trafficked or worse at this location. We left and never returned. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone

Dirty Drab Filthy Stained

Yikes, filthy room! Dirty stained floor --walking in bare feet turned the bottom of my feet black. Black mold inside the mini fridge. Old napkins left in corners. Very dirty filter in A/C unit. And broken window shade leaving 20 inches of window exposed, and me with no privacy, or shade. Stained towels. Close to beach or low price is no excuse for filth. This is a small beach town -- everything is close to the beach. Why is this place renting out dirty rooms?

Good price & location, very outdated.

I think this place may be an old convent. The room is very small. I don't need much - just a place to sleep. Cold outside and the rooms have no heat so a space heater was issued. It did the job. Place is clean but old and very outdated. Attendant allowed late checkout so I could shower after running the local marathon. Location is great - walking distance to main attractions. All this is acceptable to me - however the noise barrier was terrible. Can hear pedestrians outside talking. Other is rooms above, next door, seemed like they were in the same room. Need earbuds here to get some good sleep.

Room was filthy. Refrigerator had stinky water laying in the bottom of it. Trash bags in trash cans were reused. Floor was dirty and carpet had dirt and hair on it. Kitxhen counter had crumbs and spills on it. Microwave was so disgusting with food and grease that there was bo way we were going to use it!...Only thing clean was the bed sheets and the towels. Water poured in under the entrance door for 2 days due to it was raining,which flooded the kitchen floor. Out of 2 space heaters only 1 worked. Half inch gap between the window jam and the window in the living room area which let wind in all night. Entrance door DID NOT LOCK from the outside so anyone could have gone in when we left to go enjoy the town! I have never stayed in a place this unclean. Next time i will pay $9.00 more and stay at one of the other local hotels. It was so bad,I came home and threw all my clothes in the washer,coat and shoes too! Live and learn!!!
