The staff was extremely gracious, welcoming and helpful. I cannot express enough how CLEAN this hotel is. They were cleaning morning, noon, and night. They were even cleaning the deceptive pillows the day we checked out. The beach and village are not even a 10 minute walk down the street. They puget a continental breakfast daily and 24/7 coffee in the lobby. Definitely a good find! Will stay again.

The mattress covers in our suite were filthy. I went to turn down the sheets our first night there and saw the fitted sheet was loose, to find that the mattress cover had multiple stains, as I uncovered it more it just gets worse. I checked all the beds, trash fell from under the mattress the next mattress cover had black oil stains. The night staff just showed up to deliver new linens and left, no attempt to help us, no offers to remake the beds, even worse we asked them to take the dirty linens away. They said just leave them in the room on the floor. What!!? What is really disgusting is the beds, yes bed(s)more than one; bed was stained, and other mattresses stained with urine, were made and covered up! Poor management, poor customer service. The manager offer to discount our next stay. Thanks, but No thanks! No reimbursement. The Continental breakfast is prepacked garbage. It's despicable charging resort fees for less then prison accommodations. We cancelled our stay and found better accommodations.

The Beakers Hotel was a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location was great. Next to a park, two blocks from beach and shopping. Quiet location. Nice indoor swimming pool and continental breakfast included. Dining room was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay and will be back .

The hotel was okay. The rooms clean. The continental breakfast okay. I chose this hotel because of the walkability to the beach boardwalk. I had some issue with the room and service but the front desk representative Kathi listened, explained and resolved my issues. Kudos to this employee for her superior customer service. They should value this employee.

Room is very basic, but clean. Our room was across from the ice machine station, which we heard all night. Having a coffee station in the lobby is a nice touch. Breakfast was mediocre. Some staff were friendly; others less so. It was basic and fine.
