Apartment in Villa a few hundred meters above sea level with cool and breezy summers. The coast on which it overlooks, from Cefalù to Capo d’Orlando, offers enchanting sandy and pebbly beaches in a crystal clear sea. The surrounding area is rich in history and culture, including those within the Madonie Park: The proposed one, called LIPARI, is one of the four independent apartments that make up the "La Finestra sulle Eolie" Holiday Home. Large bedroom, living area with American kitchen, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, double sofa bed and large bathroom with shower. The apartment has two air conditioners, a large external floor with sink and private barbecue and ceilings with exposed beams. Guests have access to common parts: the large equipped terrace (wi-fi zone) on the first level, a barbecue area also equipped with a large rustic table for convivial and barbecue moments and a solarium area. The apartment is furnished and equipped, equipped with bed / bath / kitchen linen changed weekly (weekly infra on request), daily. Transfer on request from / to Palermo and Catania airport. Upon request, an expert chef will prepare local cuisine for guests. It is possible to book the entire villa exclusively, which can accommodate 13 people in 4 separate and independent apartments.
