The room wasn't clean especially the carpet and the bathroom which smelled like cigarette. Also the matress in the room was so used it felt like I was sleeping in a banana.... overall I don't recommand.

Loved It Before, But Disappointed This Time

I've stayed in ABVI 3 or 4 times before this stay, and it was a very clean, comfortable experience. This time, however, they were apparently short-staffed, so my room wasn't serviced Saturday, and I had to ask to get it serviced Sunday. Overall, it's a convenient very decent motel, and I fully expect these shortcomings to be temporary. And the price is very good. I would recommend it to others. Just ask when you check in that they service you room each day.

I made this reservation by mistake, I thought I selected another hotel closer to the airport. I called within an hour, both personally and through Expedia. Person at the desk obsoletely refused to cancel the reservation. The hotel was not pleasant to stay in. Room was simple, dirty, and poorly lit. No light next to bed. Toilet kept draining and noisily refiled all night. Next door only restaurant/casino was full of unpleasant cigarette smoke. Will not make that mistake again!
