We specifically selected this hotel for 2 reasons: a covered/indoor pool and adjoining rooms. Our trip started out poorly with the check in. When I booked through Expedia, I specifically asked for adjoining rooms (inner doors connected). I called the hotel the next day to confirm the reserved rooms were adjoining. The property reservations person said the request was not in the system, but she had put in the notes and scheduled adjoining rooms. When we checked in the rooms were "close" but not adjoining. We needed 4 beds between the 2 rooms. The option given was a room with a single bed and the second with the 2 beds. Then the front desk said we could always check out. Extremely rude!

Check-in a bit odd as incidentals had to be charged using an actual card for tapping - no Apple Pay although this was advertised. Also was not allowed to swipe card. Breakfast also a bit slow to replenish even although we were down early and it was not busy. Breakfast selection very good though with plenty of healthy options.

Would definitely recommend. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room, the lobby and the breakfast area were very clean. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the lack of towels. We started out with 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths but every time the room was cleaned, some of the used towels were taken (not all) and some of the towels were replaced. Every day we ended up short either a washcloth or bath towel. So please be a little more generous when putting towels in the bathroom!

Needs some work

Bathroom had a sliding door that did not stay closed. It would slowly roll back on the rail. Also it hung away from the wall by about two inches. This combo basically made for zero privacy for anyone in the bathroom

Felt bad cause we had a noise complaint about our 2 yr old grandson. We were put on the 3rd floor even though I mentioned it would be a bad idea cause of our grandson jumping and running in the room. The receptionist stated it was fine. I’m so sorry.

The property was a bit messy, but it was Burning-Man time so my wife and I understood. 2 towels, wash cloths, and face cloths is cutting it a bit close for 2 people for 2 nights (possibly due to the Burning-Man effect). The breakfast offered a number of choices and was very good. There were minor issues with the room, but the room and our linen were clean.
