The rooms are always clean and check in is quick and easy. We love the room layout and that fact that the hotel has dog-friendly rooms.

Dirty, trash in the hall every day, had to pay for parking and breakfast even though it said it was included during booking. Weird substance on the fridge, cabinets falling apart already even though this hotel hasnt been open long. Inconsistent water temp in showers. No housekeeping ever came to my room. Overall im grateful for a safe space to sleep but it wasnt worth the money at all and the most disappointing Hyatt experience ive ever had.

Phones not working having to call from my phone and telling them but they couldn’t get maintenance till past 12 which at that time we were no longer there when we first got the hotel on there. It said free breakfast but when we arrive, they were charging us $8.50 per person for breakfast and it wasn’t until after we left it I heard that they could’ve honored that I wish they would’ve told me themselves since it was in a third-party app. I slept on the bed and I got really itchy. I ended up getting bumped on my feet and my hands which I have pictures of I put in a complaint. No one has returned my calls. I only got an email saying that had a case number. No manager has reached out to me, even though Hyatt customer service has called them, and I have yet to hear from them. It’s been over a week very disappointed.

The staff was amazing and kind. The location was fantastic. We loved being close to a Trader Joe’s to save money on food. My only constructive criticism would be that I would have liked the breakfast items switched out. We stayed there 4 nights and every morning it was the same options.

Close to a shopping area was a plus. They did not provide bathroom essentials like Cotten swabs, shower caps. Also the closet space was half length so you could not hang a dress. Lighting was also poor in the room where luggage was to be kept.

Shocked…that’s all I can say..long trip from Juneau. I prepaid to room and check in took over 10 minutes. Then I steal a cup of coffee from the paid breakfast area..it closed at 9am?? Otherwise room and sitting picnic area were great..
