My family and I were in Reno for a family wedding and rented this gorgeous home for 5 nights. We wanted a place that felt special and would provide good time-out for what we knew would be a busy week. We looked through hundreds of properties for the perfect place and this place stood out for the obvious love and attention-to-detail present in the photos. We could tell we'd be dealing with an owner and not an "investor" and, after years of renting, we understand there's a significant difference in guest experience between the two.
Leslie was an extremely responsive host from the beginning. We didn't experience any problems but, if you do, just know that you're not calling in to a management company and being sent to someone's voice mail. With each question we had, Leslie got back to us within minutes.
This is the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. It was immaculate and well-supplied. The beds were divine with luxury mattresses and linens. The furniture not only looked good, it was comfortable to sit in and hang-out in with family. They've thought of everything.
The location is THE BEST you will find anywhere near Reno. It's a gorgeous place to stay and our favorite moments were our daily walks around the marina (a fabulous coffee shop and the popular Water Bar are just a short walk away). It's even an easy walk to great shopping!!
We also loved hanging out at night, enjoying the fire pit with a glass of wine, and watching the sun set. When I tell you this place is fabulous, I mean it! Thank you Leslie for sharing your beautiful home with us--we'll be back!
