this motel was horrible. There were bands of homeless roaming through the property. There were bodily fluids right out front and the smell was bad. This is the opposite of a good experience. The only saving grace and the reason for a star was the front desk staff that helped my wife. Who had to get toiletries because there were none in our room.

Everything was just fine EXCEPT the toilet was a lowboy that sat close to the floor and every time I used it my balls were in the water. I've experienced this at some other hotel/motels in the Reno area and it's sad that the planners didn't pick up on it before they were installed. And, at 84nyears old, there wasn't any bars to help up off that poorly designed apparatus. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was great, the staff was great but for this one thing that ruined my entire two-day stay.

Great staff but room was not appropriate. The entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Found feces between bed and night stand and showed front desk. I was changed to a different room but with different set up than what I reserved and I was not comped for the inconvenience. The area is not safe. A lot of homeless around hotel. One of the two elevators broke and lines were long to get on elevator. You were not allowed to take stairs to get up to your floor. I will not stay here again

I only stayed about an hour. I did not stay due to a change in plans and I had to be about 100 miles away in Nevada City. The location of this hotel in Reno is in a seedy part of town, the casino smoky, and hookers or tweekers all over the place. It felt unsafe.

Seemed like a hotel for homeless. Attached casino had obvious altered persons . Appeared to be meth addicts. Many security around which was good. If this is a place to allow subsidized persons, should have been disclosed at time of booking. However, the manager, Beto was excellent in customer service. He deserves a better hotel to manage
