The front desk incorrectly set my keys 3 times and only two elevators were working. So I had to travel back and forth 3 times which wasted almost 30 minutes. The staff was also rude whenever I called or went to the front desk for anything.

Over all the stay was ok. But having a few big events in the area, the hotel/casino was packed and they have 5 elevators but were only allowing 2 of them to work. There was a 30+ min wait and a line to get to our 19th floor room. It was ridiculous!!! Not sure I'll go back next year.
