Only 2 elevators were working. It was a nightmare just to get on an elevator, especially on a busy weekend. Property seems like it needs a major renovation. Restaurants on property closed way too early. i get it on a week day but it was a holiday weekend. The area around the casino seems very run down alot of businesses closed and area seems kind of sketchy at night. I used to like coming to reno but will think about going elsewhere for our next trip. City needs major help.

Terrible smoke smell in room, and I was told there weren't any non smoking rooms. I realize that was the problem but the room literally reeked of cigarettes, even the pillows. I had to check out early, my health was at risk.

The Solver Legacy overbooked and transferred me to a different hotel, where my room was downgraded from a Delux King to a mini Queen. I did not get notified of this change ahead of time, and did not get reimbursed for the price difference between the original room I ordered and the downgraded one that I received. The staff at both hotels was uninterested in helping or discussing the situation at all, each throwing the blame at a ‘third party’ factor

Everything was good. Only thing, it did seem like we could hear some of the noise outside on the streets. Could barely hear any noise coming from the hallway, which was nice. Overall, good. Beds comfortable.
