The hotel staff let dozens of people stand around and wait for 3 o’clock check in. I know there was rooms available, but they weren’t going to give them out. When I complained to somebody about this, they totally ignored me. They wouldn’t even acknowledge that I was talking to them. I know it’s the management fault, but the staff needs to be responsive to the guest. Then when 3 o’clock came, it must’ve been 30 or 40 people in line waiting to get checked in. I know the hotels need to nickel and dime everybody, but charging for early check-in when there are rooms available. Seems like it’s a little over the top.

Reno has not been a destination for us in a while. We always appreciate the pleasant accommodations at Silver Legacy. The hotel room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillow. A variety of slot machines was available for guests. The interior of the hotel had undergone renovations, resulting in new upscale dining and entertainment options. The casino lounge featured live music, which was enjoyable. Guests received two complimentary bottles of water upon check-in and could request additional bottles. Naida, the reservation staff member, provided excellent service by assigning a room on a higher floor. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room's toiletry supply was inadequate. Cocktail service on the casino floor was slow, and check-in was delayed until 3:00 pm.
