Very elegant, plenty of food options. Easy check-in / checkout options. We were greeted with champagne. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was clean and spacious. Great mountain view. Very affordable. Sips coffee and gelato was a nice dessert option, purchased several items and they were all fresh and delicious and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely come back for another weekend getaway.

Don’t get there early

The check-in was a horrendous experience. They wanted to sell early check-in, so they weren’t letting anybody check in until three. There were probably 50 to 100 people waiting in the lobby at 3 o’clock. I don’t know how long it took everybody to get checked in with the mass of people checking in. The worst thing about this cluster was that we were told they had rooms they just would make everybody wait. When I complained about it, they wouldn’t even engage me in conversation.

Service was slow speedily check in Communication not clear. We wait for over an hour to get card replacement as we were told to wait by the door security will come but the security was looking for at the lobby
