The house was clean and well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. It was an easy drive to Spanish Springs from the house using the back roads to avoid the heavy Reno traffic. Entry was very easy and communication with Patrick was amazing! The house and garage are narrow but fit our family of 5 just fine with plenty of seating in the living room and at the kitchen table. I wish we would have had time to enjoy the table and chairs on the patio. Unfortunately the garage was too narrow to park the rental mini van in but we were able to park in the driveway and there was plenty of space to park on the street which was quiet day and night. One thing to note is some of the blinds do not go all the way down which lets some light in, making it hard for our little one to fall asleep. Also, when the heat/air comes on, the fan is very loud and woke us several times the first night. Make sure to close or open the bedroom doors all the way or they will slam shut when the fan goes on! Clean up and check out were easy. We would definitely recommend this house and will definitely be coming back! Thanks Patrick!
