The condition of the apartment was not on par with the images. There were numerous maintenance issues. The apartment needs a refresh walls and baseboards were dirty. Carpets in the bedrooms were stained and lifted cabinetry. Look like there was a dog that used to live here chewed on the bottom. Also Some that I chose to ignore the apartment unit was cleaned on the surface. I felt like I had to document everything so I was not to be held responsible for someone else's damage. Also got caught in a DC snowstorm and had major billing issues with this company. Had to rebook the apartment because my flight was canceled and there was a major issue with the billing on their side. Scared the hell out of me because I wasn't going to have a unit during the snowstorm which was really unfair to scare me that way. I dealt with a representative called Bushra and she was a very nice person, the only silver lining. But these apartments need to be refreshed. Maybe someone else won't care, but it's a representation of the company.
