We are originally from the area and were in town to visit family for the holidays. We were in unit a corner unit on the sixth floor. It unit was nice, clean, minimally furnished, and had only 2 seats at the kitchen counter (no table and chairs). Good thing our son wasn't with us. Unlike what it states on the back of the door, it does NOT automatically lock. You need to hold the FOB to the lock. Good thing we check the first time we went out. Overall, a nice stay although I wish the unit pictured was the actual unit issued.

Signature two BR condo

This was a great location for our family to get together for the holidays as we transition out of the area. Very pet friendly which was a bonus. Only complaint is the confusion around check out time - it was Christmas morning and I had requested a simple two hour extension given it was such a special holiday. At first we were told an hour was no problem and no charge, but this morning, were told that was not the case and had to be out at 11. Overall experience was good but it would have been a little nice to be able to stay an hour longer rather than rushing out on Christmas morning. Was a little inconvenient with the last minute change - an hour makes a big difference.

Great Getaway!

Location, location, location! So close to everything you would need in a getaway with family. Just a short 20 min drive to Great Falls National Park where we explored and went for a beautiful hike. Restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores close by. Generally when we stay at a property we do like to cook/eat in. While their were cooking utensils, dishes and silverware, the apartment lacked some basics kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, general selection of spices, etc. not a deal breaker, but it would have definitely been a nice to have. Coffee in the unit was not ideal (and only one coffee packet for the pot). A keurig would have been ideal. However, they did have a free self service FABULOUS coffee station on the first floor - game changer!! We had our 7 and 8 yo grandsons with us so the game room was awesome and gave us some quality time and a bit of inside activity during our stay. Parking was free after 5p daily and on the weekendsâ˜ș The check out instructions were somewhat confusing instructions said to leave the key in unit and lock the door if you can😳 (can’t lock door and leave key behind in the unit)đŸ€Ł the elevator is fob only access- So we left key in unlocked unit only AFTER the concierge let us know that the elevator will take you to the first floor without a key fob. This is a 5 STAR property and we will definitely stay again!

Perfect location and perfectly comfortable.

The "Signature" in the Reston Town Center is a lovely, luxurious property and the unit we rented was spacious and comfortable. Our specific apartment was a little dog-eared in places, as you would expect from a full-time rental property, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay.

Nice place great location

The Reston town center is a great area for dining and it is very close to the Metro Silver Line. The Apartment complex is a very nice place. The check-in instructions were not fully clear luckily there is a person at the lobby that was able to contact the company that manages the apartment we rented. The apartment was very nice but the beds are very hard.

Not the property as seen in the listing

The condo we stayed in did not look like the property in the picture above. There was only one picture on the walls in the entire condo, there was a fair amount of damage to the kitchen cabinets, island, doors and walls and other furniture throughout the condo. That being said, the Signature towers had great common areas and very nice grounds. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Reston was also a great location to going into Washington DC and for going out to Wolftrap National Park. Overall a great trip.

Space to spread out

My teenage son and I spent two nights in the condo. We were so thankful for the proximity to restaurants and shops. Each morning I walked to Starbucks and picked up my coffee before our morning appointments. We returned to have a casual lunch, and spent the afternoon relaxing in the condo. The two nights we were there we chose different restaurants for dinner, and walked to and from our meals. It was the perfect location and a great condo to be our home away from home for a couple of days.

Good property but improve 3rd party service

Great location, amenities and property. Good concierge service. Global Luxury Suites communication started out fine, but poor customer service. Contact phone numbers kept changing (several calls stated invaild #’s) and resources (links failed) also conflicting instructions provided for checkout (notified Bushra for Churchill - Signature at Reston Town Center). Again loved this VRBO, but will never go with one that requires a third party component again.

Just a few little issues , microwave hadn't been cleaned before our stay also we left our keys where we were told to on departure but found ourselves on the 15 th floor and cudnt operate the elevator without our fob so had to make our way down the stairs

Great Location

The property was excellent however the property manager has imposed overbearing requirements. I was already into my trip and had provided everything required at reservation time when I received a call telling me I needed to send a scan of my ID and credit card. This was an inconvenient task while on the road but I managed to get it done. When I found out there was a charge for parking I asked to add it to my bill and again they wanted the scans. With this bad experience behind me, I enjoyed the property and it's ideal location.
