Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 500 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day.

Secure Parking is available outside the Villa’s premises for 5+ Cars. The Five Residences are fully equipped with Kitchens, each featuring a Fridge with Freezer, Electric Stove with Oven, Filter Coffee Machine, Nespresso Machine with Regular Capsules, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, and all necessary Kitchen Utensils.
