Beautiful Peaceful Stay

A stunning property Exceeded our expectations in every respect. The moment we stepped in we felt very happy to have booked here. We loved every aspect. A perfect place to stop for two days and completely relax. The circular pool was amazing Sunbeds for everyone. Excellent hospitality from all staff. Beautiful grounds and the stunning palm garde.

Best hotel stay we’ve ever experienced

I travel often for work and holidays and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. My husband and I agree without question that the Nautilux was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The location and property are absolutely stunning. They have the cleanest pools and a breathtaking beach spot for guests. Every single staff member was wonderful, going out of their way to help us out when needed. One of the managers visits with each group at some point during your stay to ask for your feedback and genuinely wants to know what could be better. We wish we’d booked a longer trip!

The Nautilux Rethymno in Crete was spotless clean eveywhere; staff possessed excellent customer service skills; always ready; always helpful. The beach space is wonderful and spacious; and so were the swimming pools. The breakfast included was superb. the whole ambiance was amicable and pleasant. if we get a chance to come back, we will definitely do.

Exceptional stay

Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff, quiet location, food was very good, cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, had a garden view so was quiet in the evening. Some lovely restaurants close by and about 45 min walk to old town.

Stylish clean luxury in a great location

Beautiful, clean and stylish hotel. Wonderful pool areas and great to have the beach and beach sunbeds right in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the dinner buffet was also superb with so much choice and very tasty. I really enjoyed the yoga class and the aqua aerobics. The evening entertainment was great. The hotel is close to lots of good restaurants and is also close to Rethymno Old Town (40 minute walk or €7 taxi) which is beautiful.

Ocean was rough conditions; room upgrades were not as expected due to mini bar had half bottle of wine in it and no water or drinks to refill even though we asked. Very noisy and the other bad part was the air conditioning in the rooms were not very cool. Temp. never got cool enough and all doors needed to be locked in order to work. Lights in the bathroom was really bad. Other than all that the hotel was beautiful and the outside pools were clean. Buffet options were great for breakfast though dinner options were plenty but the food was cold.

This place is the nicest hotel, with the nicest beach and pool scene, along with the most helpful, friendliest staff. They even packed us to-go breakfasts on the day we left because we had an early transfer. Special shout-out to Arizana, who gave each couple a personal tour of the hotel and their room amenities!
