Introducing Elmyra Villa
The most significant advantage of Villa Elmyra is the fact that it is conveniently located within walking distance (200 - 300 meters) from a variety of shops that will cover all your daily needs, such as bakery, pastry shop cafes, taverns, supermarket, pharmacy, grocery store and more. Το make things even better, a sandy, picturesque beach that is ready to welcome you in it’s crystal-clear blue waters can be found just 600 meters away from the Villa, so you can enjoy a car free holiday. Additionally, the Villa is also just a short drive (approximately 15 minutes) away from Rethymno town and its long sandy beach, ideal for relaxation and shopping. A bus stop is also located outside the villa with frequent itineraries every one hour.

The villa boasts an expansive 500 m² outdoor sanctuary, where refined elegance meets relaxation. The terrace flows effortlessly toward a private heated swimming pool (available for an additional fee), measuring 45m2 with depths ranging from 1.20 to 1.50 m, ideal for leisurely swims or invigorating laps. For younger guests, a dedicated children’s heated pool, 1.50 × 1.50 m and 0.50 m deep, ensures safe, carefree enjoyment. A wonderful sunbathing terrace equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and a lovely 15m2 lawn covered area with a playground, ideal for the kids to play, are there to welcome you so as the whole family can enjoy the games, the sun and the refreshing countryside air. Last but not least, BBQ facilities (charcoal) are available as well as an outdoor dining area. Don’t miss the opportunity to try al fresco dining and share your homemade meals with your loved ones. To makes things even better, for those who love sports amenities, a ping pong table, a football table and a pool table will also be at your disposal. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
• Pool Temperature | The heated pool temperature may reach up to 26°C, depending on outdoor weather conditions.
• Preferred Months | Pool heating is usually requested during March to mid-June and October to November.
• Advance Notice | At least 2 days’ notice before arrival is required to ensure the pool reaches the desired temperature.
• Additional Fees | €35/per day
• Booking Policy | Pool heating is bookable for the full duration of the stay only, at the total cost applicable as above.
• Weather Conditions | The heating system does not operate when the outdoor temperature exceeds 25°C or during rainy weather.
• Pool Cover Option | A pool cover may also be provided upon request to support heat retention and heating control.
