Painted Turtle Lodge — A Peaceful, Modern Retreat

Welcome to Painted Turtle Lodge — a peaceful retreat just 5 minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort. With 4 well appointed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, offering peaceful private spaces and inviting common areas. Enjoy a hot tub, mountain and forest views, a fully-equipped chef's kitchen, and an expansive wraparound deck—the perfect base for your time in the mountains.

The lodge spans three levels and accommodates up to nine guests comfortably. The layout includes four well-appointed bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a generous top-floor loft. Two distinct living areas create room for both connection and downtime: a warm main-floor lounge ideal for après-ski or morning coffee conversations, and an inviting upstairs entertainment loft with a large sectional, Smart TV, games, and a dedicated stretching + yoga area with treetop views.

On the main level, an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area creates an inviting hub for your stay. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked and the locally crafted 10-foot live-edge fir dining table sets the stage for memorable shared meals. Coffee lovers will appreciate the espresso machine and locally roasted beans included with every visit.

The 4 Bedrooms upstairs feature firm memory foam mattresses, quality linens, and plush duvets to support deep, restful sleep. The primary suite includes private, wraparound deck access and a spa-style en-suite with a deep soaker tub and walk-in rain shower. Essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, as well as towels and spa towels for your convenience.

After a day outdoors, relax in the private hot tub on the upper deck—perfect for soaking in the crisp mountain air under the stars.

The upstairs loft has a treehouse-like charm and features an additional single bed for extra sleeping arrangements, along with a peaceful area for stretching or yoga.

Additional features include a dedicated laundry room with an XL washer and dryer and several boot dryers ensure you’re ready for the next day’s adventure. In summer, the professionally maintained lawn and two spacious decks offer quiet places to relax amongst the cedars.

Why Painted Turtle Lodge? Interestingly enough, Revelstoke is home to a brightly coloured, endangered turtle species - the Western Painted Turtle. The turtles migrate twice yearly and this migration takes place at the end of our street where turtle sightings and crossings are a common occurrence in the spring time.
