Booked two rooms- one room hadn’t been cleaned ( beds were stripped) and the other room already had people in it! Thankfully they had the chain lock on when we tried to enter the room to prevent us from fully barging in on them. Did not make us feel safe in our rooms. Front desk clerk was kind enough to let our family use the breakfast area for our family to sit and enjoy our pizza dinner together.

The room was clean, the breakfast was mediocre. The breakfast area was very clean. The beds looked comfortable, but neither of us(my daughter & I, could sleep in them because we have disabilities. They brought in a rollaway the 2nd nite. I was able to try to sleep there, but it was terribly uncomfortable and I was up all nite. It was old and really lumpy. They should really get a new one and put that one out to pasture. The sheets that were on it appeared to be old, too. On the up side, the staff were very nice and helpful.

The man that checked me in was very nice and very efficient. My room was outstanding! It was super clean and well supplied with tissues, towels, etc. My stay was relaxing and I felt safe. I will always stay here when I come to Rhinelander.

Courteous staff. We were even able to check in early which was appreciated. Very quiet. Very nice pool and hot tub. Ample breakfast with hot items that even opened early. Great coffee and several cream choices which was very nice. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The staff was amazing. Very welcoming and accommodating. The kids loved the pool. The room was a little old, bit served its purpose effectively. For the price it was an amazing deal. I would stay here again.
