Hamilton Villa is a magnificent villa for rent, located in Koskinou Village, which offers a private swimming pool and an outdoor heated jacuzzi. The property is only a 5-minute drive away from Kallithea beach and at a short drive from the city of Rhodes. This luxury villa features large interior spaces with an elegant design that creates a welcoming atmosphere, as well as exceptional outdoor spaces with great gardening and amenities. On the ground floor, theres an airconditioned bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Also, it has a smart Tv and a mini-fridge. On the first floor, there are four airconditioned bedrooms--half of them with double beds, and half of them with twin beds. Three of the first-floor bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a shower. Also, theres a sharing bathroom with a shower and a wc. On the second floor, theres the spacious master bedroom, it offers a built-in bed and an incredible design. Also, theres a smart Tv and a mini-fridge. This bedroom has a private entrance to a dreamy furnished terrace. Hamilton Villa has two spacious living rooms; each is set on a different floor. On the ground floor, theres an open plan fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation, accompanied by the living area and a wc. Also, theres a gym area and a library. On the first floor, theres the second living room that offers tea and coffee facilities and a game console for extra fun. The incredible interior aesthetic will immediately give you peace. Also, theres free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, the villa is equally impressive as indoors. It offers large gardens surrounding the magnificent pool area and the heated jacuzzi that are equipped with parasols and floating sun beds, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed time under the golden rays of the Greek sun. The villa offers an outdoor fully equipped kitchen with an incredible BBQ installation and furnished areas in the garden, where guests can enjoy a truly unique outdoor gathering. Also, theres a table tennis for endless fun.
The villa is situated in Koskinou village, which is an ideal location for summer holidays in Rhodes as it is close to most of the islands major attractions and just a short drive from the centre of Rhodes town. Koskinou is a beautiful village built on the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes. At the lively main square of the village, you can find many shops, traditional restaurants, pharmacies etc. You shouldnt miss visiting Kallithea Springs, only 5 minutes drive far from the villa. Old Town of Rhodes, an important UNESCO monument of cultural heritage is located less than a 20-minute drive. The magnificent ancient acropolis of Lindos overlooking the picturesque village with the narrow streets and traditional white houses is approximately half hour drive too.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
